Make 5 meals a day and plan menus.
Chew food, eating slowly.
Keep a regular schedule, avoiding snacking between hours.
Drink 1.5-2 litres of water a day, and vegetable broths, fruit juices.
Eat vegetables or salad at every meal and every day.
Replace refined foods with whole grain.
Avoid artificial sweeteners and use natural sweeteners ( honey)
Avoid coffee and stimulant drinks (energy drinks, caffeine and sugar).
Make lighter dinners (avoid red meat).
It is also very important to rest well, sleep enough both in quality and quantity and not force the body more than necessary.
